Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Products must be in original condition, with all components included.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return

  • We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your KIBOX arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kibox.com.au, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
